October 23, 2026 — AI for Universal Peace today outlined how its One Vision initiative connects the pursuit of peace with a technical framework for more responsible artificial intelligence. A patent application filed October 20, 2026 describes an Immutable Wisdom Middleware Layer: a model-independent approach to evaluating AI requests and responses under a common non-harm policy.

One Vision brings together three pillars: the Universal Peace Sanctuary, a living refuge for inner transformation; the Universal Peace Forum, a platform for dialogue, collaboration and collective action; and AI for Universal Peace, whose Maitrix vision pairs access to AI with wisdom training and safety middleware. Together, the pillars connect peace within, peace between people and responsible relationships with intelligent systems.

Turning principles into an architecture

The application places a semantic intent evaluator at the routing boundary between a requester and multiple AI models. It describes a graduated policy: refuse harmful capability-seeking requests or redirect them to non-operational education; clarify ambiguous but benign requests; and forward clearly benign requests unchanged. Expressions of suffering receive grounding support rather than being treated as malicious solely because distress is expressed.

A central safeguard addresses intent laundering: a harmful request must not be rewritten into a benign-sounding prompt that preserves the ability to cause harm and is then forwarded to another model. The filing also describes response-side evaluation that can preserve useful factual content while improving dismissive, biased or otherwise harmful delivery. Responses containing harmful operational capability remain subject to refusal or redirection.

A shared policy in training and at runtime

The filing describes a complementary model-seeding approach. A versioned, machine-readable non-harm policy informs authorized training curricula and updates to trainable model parameters. Resulting model artifacts are evaluated using examples separate from the training examples. Model-specific provenance records associate the artifact with the policy version, curriculum and evaluation result.

Independent request and response evaluation remains in place after training. Training conformance does not remove the middleware boundary, and evidence of alignment drift can lead to reevaluation or reduced trust. The application explicitly distinguishes measured performance on an evaluation set from a guarantee about every future input.

Trust with defined boundaries

Additional embodiments describe cryptographic attestation to verify the identity and integrity of the policy module before routing, separation of restricted audit content from aggregate telemetry, and a boundary that excludes evaluation-only material from general model training. The filing also describes a no-bypass rule: beneficial objectives do not justify harmful means, and material risk can require human review or refusal.

These mechanisms connect the initiative’s proposed Universal AI Non-Harm Standard to specific engineering approaches for human-to-AI and AI-to-AI interactions. The standard remains a proposal. The patent filing describes an architecture and does not itself establish a production deployment, an industry certification or guaranteed safety. Patent pending does not mean that a patent has been granted.
